Customer role purpose

We require a highly capable and experienced ‘IT E2E Architect’ who will be responsible for thesolutions architecture and designof integrated IT/IS solutions that meet current and future needs.

The role will deliver a trusted IT Architecture & Solutions Design service to partners for complex CSI projects and cross domain business transformations to quality, level of detail, time and cost acceptance criteria. This also includes the provision of comprehensivementorshipon the development of, and modifications to, solution components to ensure that they take into account relevant architectures, strategies and practices; and that existing and planned solution components remain compatible.

• Deliver recognisable value through development ofcreativeyet pragmatic E2E ITSolutions Architecture and Designmodels that bring structure and definition to large and complex developments across OSS / BSS business transformation programmes; ensuring the appropriate balance of short term and strategic solutions is maintained

• You will work across Ericsson to understand and validate specific and medium term requirements and then develop appropriate end to end designs within this context taking into account changes to network and technology platforms, service, process, organisation, operating model and other aspects

• You will be required to provide design and technical / thought leadership, with effective delivery of new business capabilities.

• You arepassionate aboutthe delivery of solutions that provide the maximum business benefit and commercial advantage to our customers

• You will provide support to Customer Bids throughArchitecture and Designexpertise

Customer, Suppliers and Third-Parties

• Lead or participate in teams ensuring that responsibilities and accountabilities for meeting requirements and delivery of various design artefacts are clearly understood, documented, agreed and fulfilled.

• Ensure effectivecollaborativeworking across relevant organisation functions and its partners to make sure solutions meet requirements and align to documented Enterprise Architecture strategies and roadmaps.

• Ensure designs are reviewed and accepted by all relevant multi-functional teams.

Essential

• Demonstrable and recent track record of delivering anarchitecture and designservice on projects that span multi-disciplinary areas across OSS, BSS and IT domains in a large IT environments, within the telecommunications or wider IT domain.

• Sound overall knowledge of application capabilities, integration, data design methodologies and industry standards.

• You will have the understanding of a wide range of disciplines in enough detail to communicate effectively with SME's in those areas to enable delivery of solutions designs, including, as examples, network designs, customer relationship management, order management / service provisioning, CRM, service assurance processes, billing, Customer Experience and Analytics and digital channels

• Management of complex and conflicting priorities with ease

• Ability to balance short term vs. strategic solutions to cater to conflicting demands

Desirable:

• You will ideally have experience of working in IT transformation in a domain outside of telecommunication.

• Working knowledge of TOGAF (Enterprise Architecture framework), TM Forum Frameworx (industry specific Process, Application, and Information frameworks), and UML (modelling standard)

• Experience with leading third parties required to participate in the definition of solution designs.

• You will have excellent communication (both written and spoken), negotiation and presentation skills

• Persists when faced with resistance and convinces other colleagues of a point of view

• Anticipates objections,buildson other people’s ideas, andimprovesservice standards
