The Opportunity

We are hiring Network Engineers who will focus on executing design, audit and optimization of services, where you will be accountable for part of the solution and of the service process. Hereby, you should be able to keep time, performance and quality according to Ericsson requirements and customer contracts.

Experience Profile

An experienced Network Engineer with experience working within the telecommunications industry.

·  Perform New Network Design for Green Field Operator and Network Expansion activities
·  Experience with tuning and optimizing high-capacity wireless GSM or WCDMA networks using RF engineering technology with a comprehensive knowledge of hardware and software features and constraints for 2G/3G.
·  Ability to collect and analyze data from the 2G/3G networks to resolve problems and make recommendations for improving QoS.
·  Exposure to RF design and optimization tools like Mentum Plannet/Atol, TEMS Investigation, TEMS Discovery, ACTIX, BO, etc.
·  Knowledge on RBS/NodeB/BSC/RNC equipment and capacity, RF performance metrics, call flow, system parameters.

Most importantly, we are looking for individuals who are innovative, results oriented and have passion to deliver best in class service

Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications/ Electrical Engineering/ Computer Science from any Reputed University.
·  Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in relevant field
·  Subject matter expertise on 3G Design and Optimization
·  Sense of urgency with quality as a key deliverable;
·  Independent, self-motivated, and well organized with an analytical mind.
·  Excellent Team Player
·  Planning, organization and executing skills.
·  Good communication and documentation skills.
·  Ability to handle customer meetings and discussions.
