Job Summary:

We are now looking for a LTE 4G/5G Test Developer to develop automated test cases for Baseband Module. Your role will include all development activities such as: requirement analysis, working with XFT design to develop automated test cases, debugging existing test cases, reviewing test development and providing documentation for new test cases.

Responsibilities:

·  You will drive strategic technical leadership
·  Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling.
·  Develop and test high quality products
·  Perform trouble shooting and customer support
·  Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
·  Develop competence in technical domain
·  Guides XFT test on collaboration for CI/QA and suggests best test development way forward for CI
·  Technical Test and Test Automation Developer
·  Facilitates Test case design – shall be able to implement or drive the implementation with XFT
·  Knowledgeable in detail on BB Module CI STPs and pools. Can work with Track Guardians as needed
·  Establish tagging/test-case description and other test-case criteria to meet test scope visualization
·  Can develop and debug test cases, failures or issues. Support Supervision Team
·  Act as a buddy for new TDs within BB Module CI as well as within XFTs
·  Participate as Module CI Test Reviewer and responsible for providing + 2

Key Qualifications:

·  B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
·  Demonstrated experience in product life cycle: design-code-troubleshoot
·  Wireless and telecom product experience
·  Development experience on a major wireless standard (LTE, WCDMA, WiMAX, WLAN)
·  Experience working with software configuration management tools (e.g. Git)
·  LTE specific development experience
·  Software debugging in a multi-core deployment scenario
·  Good communication skills

Additional Requirements:

·  Highly Skilled in 4G/LTE Product and Technology.
·  Automation/Tool expertise: JCAT, Python, Shell, Jenkins, Git
·  Working knowledge on UE or eNB Simulators is a great asset.
·  Able to execute test manually and via automation.
·  Strong in Test Analysis and Debugging
·  Understands Agile SW Development Methodologies.
·  Well versed with Continuous Integration Process.
·  Must understand Bug Tracking and Reporting Process – Exposure to JIRA is an asset.
·  Documentation: Test Plan, Test Cases
·  Understand Software Quality Assurance
