Configuration Management
At the Product Development Unit Radio (PDU Radio) the Configuration Management (CM) unit is part of the Systems Management department. The CM unit is responsible for CM for all radio products, both HW and SW, and we now need to reinforce the unit with one configuration manager.
As a Configuration Manager you are involved in the total development flow, from requirement definition to release of new radio products. You are part of a project team and work closely with project managers, system managers, designers, verification engineers, sourcing, and supply. In the team you work with operative tasks, taking lead for the product and document planning, as well as working strategic with guidelines and processes. You shall also drive and take responsibility for all product structure issues in the project. Your contribution to the team is to see the whole picture, be structured and secure quality and traceability. As part of your daily work you are responsible for driving continuous improvements of our processes and way of working.
As a CM at PDU Radio you shall be structured and innovative in your way of working. You must be self-motivated, with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge, and be a service-minded person who enjoys networking. You shall also like to be challenged by an ever-changing and innovative environment.
PDU Radio is present at development sites in Sweden, Canada, and China. The CM unit in Kista has the global governance responsibility for CM for the whole PDU

· Swedish and Englsih in both written and oral is a must.

Your qualifications:
You have a Bachelor or Masters of Science (MSc) degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Physics, Industrial Economics, or similar technical field.
