SUPPORT ENGINEER – IP Multimedia Subsystem
Job Summary
The Support Engineer is responsible for handling problems that have been reported by customers or other Ericsson support organizations.
Responsibilities & Tasks
· Customer Issue handling
· Handling of proactive support
· Software Update Management (SUM) handling
· Knowledge Management Tool (KCS) Coaching

Position Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
· -IP Technology (OSPF, BGP, IPv6, MPLS)
· -Linux Knowledge (RedHat, SuSe, CentOS)
· -Protocols: SIP, Diameter
· -Troubleshooting tools: Wireshark
· -Knowledge of 3G/4G Call flows
· -IMS product knowledge: SBG, CSCF, MTAS, MRS, IPWorks, HSS

LANGUAGE
· English communication advanced (mandatory)
