Within RF engineering in Ericssons Global ICT centre, Rosersberg, you will be working with state-of-the art RF communications equipment in Test Environment laboratories, supporting all technologies, from 2G to 5G and beyond. You will be involved in new communications simulations for long-term stability, robustness and feature verification of SW, HW and new technologies before they hit the market. You will meet challenges and have the opportunity to innovate, meet customers at all levels and drive improvements in the laboratory RF environment.

Minimum Qualififcation & Experience Requirements
· Experience or understanding of how RF tools, such as air-sniffers, handover system (CCN), channel emulators, signal analyzers, signal generators etc. are used in test environment.
· Familiar with the functionality of common passive RF components such as duplex filters, combiners/splitters, circulators, attenuators etc.
· Understanding RF specification characterize, VSWR, IM3, RL, screening efficiency, insertion loss etc.
· Can convert Watt to dBm
· RF signals principal over the air for 2,5G GPRS TDMA,4G LTE FDD-TDD (orthogon),5G beam forming
· RF signaling for narrow band up to wideband. 1,2,,5,10,20,40,80,100 MB BW and power aggregation
· Knowledge of Ericsson entire radio portfolio in terms of RBS, and UEs,
· RF behavior for RF transport over the lab coax network.
· RF budget toward RBS lab network and UE
· Knowledge of 3d parts tools and simulators, in terms of CCN, prop sim and UE simulators
· Knowledge of RF material in terms of Coax cables and all RF related HW
· Drawing skills in AutoCAD and Visio
· Document skills for Ericsson internal document.
· Capture the existed and future RF requirement from the User organisation
Preferred Qualification & Experience Requirements
· A first academic degree or equivalent qualification
· Deep and/or broad knowledge depending on area of responsibility
· Certifications in area of responsibility are seen as plus, but are not normally mandatory for the role. (e.g. ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT, eTOM)
