Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Global Champion (PM) for our application Global Chronos. Global Chronos (GC) is a Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tool that supports project managers and Program Managers throughout Ericsson to manage projects and programs more effectively. The role of the Global Champion supports the 10000+ end users that use those solutions. Global Champion supports the business needs of their specific geographic area.

Qualification & Experience required:

·  Bachelor’s degree or above in Science / B. Tech. / B.E. or equivalent
·  Total experience of 4-10 yrs. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IT/Telecommunication industry.

Generic Duties :

·  Training of Market Area (MA) & Business Area (BA) Champions and Drivers within Ericsson
·  Collection of GC requirements from user communities
·  Driver for GC releases, Pilot and other end-user specific needs
·  Facilitating resolution of escalated issues with the other Global Chronos Team members as needed
·  Managing pilots of new functionality for their respective MA or BA
·  Single point of contact for Market Areas into Global Chronos development team
·  Maintain, Develop training material and related systems
·  Subject knowledge of Global Chronos (CA Clarity PPM) functionality
·  Support UAT (User Acceptance Test) efforts for new functionality
·  Manage the overall communications with the Champions and Market Area Drivers. This includes Yammer updates, GC Sharepoint Web Portal News updates and ownership of the Global Chronos email account

Skills Required

·  Good Presentation & Strong Communicator with great listening skills
·  You will need excellent Project and Program Management Skills. PMP/Prince2 certificate is a plus
·  Global Chronos Experience or knowledge of PPM is a plus.
·  Initiative and positive personal personality, Team player, open, transparent, and cooperative
·  Conceptual thinker with excellent analytical skills
·  Commitment to task, Ability to adhere to Policy and Procedures, Communicating with Others
·  Outsourcing and Custom Services knowledge, Presentation skills, Industry and competition knowledge
·  Accountable for all technical delivery issues relating to 24x7 operations
·  Exposure in Process documentations and implementation
·  Expertise in MS Office tools (MPP(Optional), Visio, Power Point and Excel)
·  Experience working with multi-national global decentralized organizations with the ability to establish good working climate in a virtual environment using phone, mail and collaboration tools as communication vehicles
