1. Key Responsibilities & Technical Expectation

VMWARE:

Virtual Machine Management Handling Incident management monitoring the Servers & VM Manage the ESXi Server thru VI client.

• Creating a new VM Adding RAM NIC CPU Disk for the VM Adding the VM to required Network Installing & Upgrading VM tools to Virtual machines.

• Upgrading the Virtual disk for Virtual Machines Creating a new template.

• Creating snapshot of the virtual machine.

• Deleting the VM Cleaning up the data store Creating Folder organizing the VM to folder.

• Managing EMC STORAGE Attaching the New storage to the ESXI server or cluster.

• Adding Redudant NIC on the VM building the teaming.

• Creating machines from templates Creating Clones General troubleshooting of virtual machines.

• Troubleshooting Performance related issue on Virtual Machines.

• P2V conversion V2V conversion Installing configuring the ESXI server Installing configuring the Vcenter server.

• Building the VMware Data Center & cluster (HA & DRS)

• Building the Virtual network Infra Building DV switch & standard switch troubleshooting the ESXi Host issues.

• Managing the ESXI host VIA CLI Preparing for consolidation, Conversion Consolidation & capacity planning tools Installing & configuring the Update manager.

• Installation of patches to the ESXI servers Backup & restoration of Virtual Infra Adding storage to the cluster.

• Configuring the SDRS on the storage Expanding Creating & Deleting the storage to the VMware cluster.

• Troubleshooting storage level issues Configuring the ISCSI storage & adapter managing the license server of the VSphere suite.

• Managing the users to the respective roles in the Vcenter Monitoring & Managing the Vcenter& ESXI logs. Configuring and Customization for the Auto install VM Configuring Vcenter convertor & any other converting tools (Platesspin)

• Configuring host profiles & Auto Install of ESXI servers work with Vmware support for troubleshooting support issues.

• Design & Implement Private cloud (Vmware) Configuring the Vmware orchestration for automatic flow & use cases.

• Design & Implement Horizon Suite VDI Assessment & Consulting Services.

• Design and implementation services Migration Services Disaster Recovery.

HYPER V:

Implementation & Troubleshooting in HYPER-V environment

• Configuration & Troubleshooting of Virtual Machines.

• Ensuring Connectivity of servers to the LAN and SAN Storage.

• Ensuring required configuration for maintaining virtual IP and virtual switch where the virtual machines do the communication.

• Server Monitoring, Administration & Management Services.

• Configuring/ re-configuring the end-to-end solution .

Citrix:

• Backup of operating system, Virtual Machines and application

hands on experience on Citrix technologies (XenApp / XenDesktop / XenServer, Provisioning Server)

Install, configure and maintain Citrix XenApp 6.5 servers

Good knowledge of Provisioning server

Knowledge on VMware and can optimize XenApp servers build on VMware as per the best practices.

In-depth knowledge in Citrix Policies and optimization

Deep knowledge of Citrix XenServer

Hands on experience in Citrix XenDesktop 5.0

Experience in converting physical to virtual server and virtual to vDisk.

Can provide escalated support of Citrix issues.

B.Tech/B.E /MCA/BCA
