The Opportunity:

·  You will minimize potential risks to the organization by ensuring full compliance of our I-9 process, state forms, internal drug checks and other related activities.
·  You will own both tactical day-to-day HR activities, as well as support the roll-out of our HR programs
·  You will assist with the coordination of HR functional activities within the HR Operations team
·  You will support our managers and employees on inquires relating to HR policies and procedures
·  You will help to ensure compliance with local labor laws and global directives
·  You will have the opportunity to further your ability to investigate HR issues, including: conducting claimant, witness, and accused employee interviews; analyzing data from various internal systems; composing investigation reports; proposing remedial action based on investigation findings
·  You will both participate and lead special projects and best practice initiatives

You are:

·  Someone who pays very close attention to the details and makes a conscious effort to understand the root cause of issues
·  Action-oriented and eager to take on new opportunities, and tough challenges with a high sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasm
·  Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite

You have:

·  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
·  1 - 2 years of corporate HR experience or a Master's/MBA
·  Desire to partner with a high-performing and collaborative HR team
