HR Trainee

Ericsson Sweden is offering a unique internship opportunity within one of the most exciting companies worldwide for someone who has a strong interest in pursuing a career in global Human Resources, allowing you to test your abilities and further explore your career interests.

We are looking for an HR Trainee for our main office in Kista, Stockholm to work closely with our HR team as well as other stakeholders on various projects related to talent acquisition, reward processes, change management and other human resources areas as needed. Some of the main tasks will include analytical calculations and statistics which will be provided in some of the different projects. The internship will start in May and you will work part time during your studies as an intern and continue full time during the summer period. The internship is in total 5-6 months, with a possibility to extend the contract.

Educational and professional requirements:

·  Degree level: currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
·  Relevant experience within human resource related projects or tasks, with an emphasis on the analytical and statistical work tasks
·  Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
·  Fluent in English both verbal and written

·  Have an analytical approach, with a fast execution on given projects and tasks.
·  Structured and organized with an interest in project management
·  Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
·  Results orientated, self motivated
·  Proactive and confident with a “can do” attitude
·  Ability to prioritise work, multi-tasking where necessary, in a highly demanding and ever changing environment with multiple stakeholders
·  Ambition to build a career in human resources in a global company

During your internship, you will work on challenging tasks that are based on real business needs, relevant to your skill sets, and where you will be able to contribute to the Networked Society.
