MAIN DESCRIPTION

Unit- and Role Description

We are now looking for a new member to our Group Function Technology, the unit has the mission to sharpen Ericsson's competitiveness in the technology leadership arena and ensure a strong industry position for Ericsson.

The main responsibilities for the unit are; to develop an aligned cross-company Technology Strategy for key Technology areas and drive business implications, to define Ericsson Target Network Architecture and its evolution, and to drive execution of the Technology strategy across Ericsson.

You will report to the Head of Technology Development & Execution and are expected to be a key member and work together with the Leadership Team as well as other key stakeholders cross Group Function Technology as well as cross the global organization.

Qualifications

We expect you to be agile, dynamic and result oriented and work to fulfill the Ericsson objectives. We expect you to be cooperative, transparent, customer oriented and drive our business towards success.

·  M.Sc. or equivalent engineer/university degree
·  Broad technical interest and knowledge as well as an overall understanding of the Ericsson portfolio and technologies
·  Experience from research and/or development
·  Proven track record of being a team player, building strong and highly empowered teams
·  This is a Trainee program - You may have at most 3 years of working experience

You are curious, have high drive, excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. You must be fluent in oral and written English and have excellent presentation skills.
