PDU 4G5G is looking for young Talents!
PD Baseband is developing cutting edge software implementing baseband functionality for our products of 4G and 5G Basebands delivering world class Mobile Broadband. We have a feature end-to-end responsibility covering from architecture and design until fully operational at customer. Examples of ongoing projects right now is Advanced Antenna Systems with beam forming, Massive IoT (Internet of Things), LAA (Licensed Assisted Access) and more. PD Baseband offers a rich number of opportunities in an everyday learning, creative and challenging atmosphere. We work in an international environment with development of Baseband software in different parts of the world such as Lund, Stockholm, Ottawa and Beijing. We are now looking for young talents, who are newly graduated and has a deep interest in developing complex software targeting a multi core system within the telecommunication area.
What we offer you:
You will work in a Cross Functional Team with responsibility from pre-study to Customer acceptance for new functionality, together with maintenance of current products. The Team systemize, design and test the software on our Digital Units and take joint responsible for all team tasks. You will be involved in the end-to-end product development, which means that you have an interest in understanding the baseband hardware blocks and functionalities in addition to your software skills.

Education / Qualifications:
You have a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Wireless Communication, Applied Physics or equivalent and also:
· Programming experience using C/C++
· Basic understanding of network layer protocols.
You should have a strong and proven interest in some of the following areas:
· Embedded real-time SW architecture principles, implementation and verification;
· General signal processing;
· LTE baseband knowledge, e.g. signal processing or 3GPP specifications;
· Multi-core processor programming;
· General programming skills e.g. Java, Erlang.
