Ericsson IoT Connectivity Management is provided as a service for mobile operators and enterprises within Internet of Things (IoT) business. It enables operators to address new revenue streams from a vast variety of devices while simplifying the process and reducing the cost of connecting them in order to benefit from economies of scale. The Device Connectivity Platform (DCP) provides access to key functionalities including, for example, subscription management, eSIM management and operator and enterprise self-service portals. DCP consists of two main parts: Device Connectivity Service (DCS) which is based on Ericsson packet core nodes, and Business Support System (BSS) consisting of (micro)services running on top of mainly virtualized servers.
Job Summary:
IoT Connectivity Management is now looking for a E2E Test Coordinator having a good mix of technique-facing and business-facing experience in software testing.
Responsibility is to define scope and drive execution of customer joint tests of legacy and new features of DCP and customers & partners of DCP. Development of the DCP E2E test environment, tools and methods is also included in this role responsibility.
Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We are organized in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.
Responsibilities more in detail
· Implement E2E test strategy defined by DCP Test Product Owner
· Align requirements, test scope and configurations
· Ensure test scope execution and secure test coverage
· Monitor and report test progress as well as quality status and compose test report
· Drive analysis to boost customer case and Trouble Report handling
· Involve process updates focused on quality improvement
· Development DCP E2E test environment, tools and methods
· Contribute test automation framework design, development and evolution to improve test efficiency
Professional Competence
· Strong Experience in system / solution level verification, telecom domain experience is seen as advantage
· Experienced in customer service handling and Business acumen
· Understanding of ISO/IEC 25010 Systems and software Quality Requirements and Evaluation (SQuaRE) - System and software quality models
· Understanding of Ericsson IoT services, especially Connectivity Management (DCP)
