Position Summary
As a System Designer you will systemize solutions in Integrated Radio components such as Digital Radio ASIC:s and FPGA:s. You will work closely with Strategic Product Management, other System and Design teams to optimize the whole Radio solution. New features, improved characteristics and products are analysed in early phase development, and detailed solutions are proposed prior to design start. The Systems team secure impact in all related design areas such as analogue radio and SW design. We are working with a E2E mindset: strong support to design and validation teams are considered as success factors.
Responsibilities & Tasks
· Drive Technical Analysis and Pre-development studies
· Drive Pre-studies and Requirement Handling
· Drive Technical coordination on Radio ASIC program level

· Proven product development knowledge

· Excellent planning and organizing skills
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
· Masters or PhD level in Applied Electronics or Engineering Physics
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent examples of organizing technical work
· ASIC or FPGA design and test
· Mathematical analysis experience using Matlab or similar
· Excellent English communication skills
You ideally have:
· Several years in leading positions of ASIC development
· Design and specification of Radio signal processing experience
· Previous experience with Design of Digital filters, Beam forming and Transmitter & Receiver imperfection compensation
· Knowledge of Design of High Speed interfaces and Mixed signal development
· System knowledge 3GPP Radio area
