Job Summary:

We are seeking an Architecture and Solutions Leader to join as a key member of our Digital Services team. You are a change agent who will connect with markets outside Ericsson's traditional telco focus. Utilizing your understanding of software development, IT transformation and cloud computing you will engage and enlighten our customers, building new relationships in the enterprise realm. Your expertise will be showcased, guiding the team from start to finish on cutting edge digital transformation programs. With your technical leadership and deep understanding of the customer's environment you will ensure profitable business for Ericsson delivering state-of-the-art technical offerings, solutions and proposals.

Note: the ideal location will be Piscataway NJ, Atlanta GA, Plano, TX, Denver CO, or San Jose CA.

Responsibilities:

·  Scope, define and design solution offerings
·  Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
·  Present technical designs and proposals to customers
·  Be an active member of the deployment team
·  Provide feedback to R&D
·  Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
·  Keep tabs on new technology to enlighten customers

Key Qualifications:

·  Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent, Masters preferred
·  Minimum years of experience: 10 Years in Telecom and/or IT industry
·  Hands-on knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
·  Designing and architecting solutions delivered to Fortune 500 customers
·  Experience crafting architectures involving cross domain solutions such as container-based applications, end-to-end architecture, IT transformation
·  Inspiring confidence in customers using your technical expertise and a consultative approach to solution definition and delivery

Additional Requirements: Travel to customer sites expected, some engagements may require extended travel.
