Job Summary: .
As a CNS Engineer at Ericsson you will enable efficient service delivery of contracted customer support services by driving the Customer Support Request within our support organization. You will also take active part of the Emergency Handling support.

Responsibilities:

·  Customer request handling
·  Developing and maintaining relationships
·  Identifying new business opportunities

Key Qualifications:

·  B.Sc in CSE/ EEE/ Telecommunications Engineering degree from any reputed University
·  Newly Graduate students are encouraged to apply for this position.
·  Ericsson portfolio knowledge preferred
·  Financial acumen
·  Pro-Active and Result oriented
·  Consultative selling skills

Additional Requirements:

·  PROPS-C, or similar
