Position Summary:
Change Coordinator supports the Change Manager in the specific cases where the change related activities for a customer contract, by its size or complexity, demands more than one FTE.
Change Coordinator Responsibilities & Tasks:
· Analyze and prioritize change requests as per MSTOP guidelines
· Verify classification of RFCs/CRs into Emergency/Normal
· Coordinate impact validation activity for all configuration/network changes
· Verify that all necessary approvals are present in change requests
· Perform Sanity checks on CRs with respect to MSTOP guidelines
· Document interactions with interfaces during change verification
· Communication Normal Change Schedules and Forward Change Schedules
· Extend support to Change Manager for delivery of change reports
Change Manager Responsibilities & Tasks:

· Chairing CAB Calls and Weekly Governance calls with customer.
· Ensure the Change Management process compliance towards WLAs and WIs

Minimum Qualification and experience requirements
· Degree in Engineering(ECE/CSE/IT
· 3-8 years of experience in Telecom/ICT
· Certifications - ITILV3 Foundation
