Job description

Equals is looking for an intern to work with the team on brand activations at music festivals this summer. Interns will work on a variety of tasks and will assist in the execution of internal and external projects.

The internship is paid and ideal for rising juniors and those looking to work in marketing or events, as well recent graduates looking for experience in marketing and event production.

Candidates should be innovative, detail-oriented and dedicated with strong communication skills.

Duties may include:

- Investigating/researching new marketing initiatives
- Conducting vendor/venue research for events
- Participating in brainstorming sessions for new business pitches
- Researching social media trends and key influencers
- Assisting with activation planning and implementation as needed
