This role provides first line support to our customers on a wide range of queries and technical support issues. You will be a product expert - your guidance and advice will help ensure our customers get maximum value from their Epos system.

• Ability to demonstrate customer focused thinking and commercial awareness.
• A great problem solver and opportunity spotter.
• Excellent communicator both internally and with the customer.
• You will be well organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks quickly and effectively - key to working in our fast paced 'start up’ environment.
• It would be ideal if you have experience working in retail or hospitality previously.
• You will be tech savvy, have a great understanding or passion for technology, we can teach you what you need to know about our systems and software.
