A technology consultancy specialising in developing novel data analytics tools are seeking a Mathematical Software Engineer with C++ to join their team. You will be involved in all stages of development including prototyping, design, implementation, maintenance and automated test development. In addition, there will be opportunities for customer-facing work in design, specification, consulting and ongoing support.

We are looking for a Software Engineer with experience of developing C++. It would also be helpful if this Software Engineer had some understanding and experience of statistical modelling, Visual Studio, Boost or STL (though on the job training is provided if needed). It is also essential that this Software Engineer has a relevant degree (e.g. Computer Science or Engineering with a grade of 2.1. or 1st).

Overall, this would be the ideal role for a Mathematical Software Engineer with C++ that may be fresh from university or have some commercial experience of C++ development looking to take the next step in their career within a company offering a wide variety of challenging development projects due to the consultancy service they provide to their clients. Mathematical Software Engineer with C++:

Experience –C++, relevant engineering degree (e.g. Computer Science) from a top university (2.1 or 1st).

Desirable – Visual Studio, Boost, STL, C++11
