Job description

We are recruiting experienced mortgage brokers or inexperienced brokers from a banking background. We offer full training and as many leads as you can handle - together with a progressive working environment, basic salary plus immediate commission structure - no salary validations or minimum revenue before you earn.

You will be introduced to every single lender active in the market and familiarised with their criteria. It will be your job to match your clients with the right one, according to their circumstances and needs. Most of what we do is complimented by an excellent marketing team whom will do their best to support your activities and give you an edge in communicating with clients.

We are selective on who we offer positions to - you will need to be honest, enthusiastic and charismatic. You don’t need to have years of experience or a client bank but competency and being goal-driven is key.

We generate and complete on some of the biggest mortgages in the country. We have established and envied lead sources, an outstanding reputation in the industry and a lender and product spread you would be hard pressed to find elsewhere. We also offer handsome commission splits and will remunerate you for hard work.
