Engie are recruiting for a Workflow Operator to be based in Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham B15 2WB. This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £17,742per annum
The role holder will report to the Workflow& Admin Supervisor.

Hours of Work
•Monday – Friday 08:00-16:30
•Flexible dependant on the operational requirements
Experienced in data inputting and of Helpdesk working, the Workflow Operator would be required to demonstrate excellent communication techniques, confidence and patience. The candidate will be processing requests from key customers and carrying out general Helpdesk duties. The main objective is to log calls, assigning calls to directly employed labour and sub-contractors, chasing completion details of jobs and focussing operational service teams on response to customer calls. The Candidate will also be responsible for Planning both PPM and Reactive work.
Duties & Responsibilities
•Input & prioritisation of Service Requests from Users via verbal and electronic methods
•Dispatching of Reactive Work Orders 
•Closing down of Reactive Work Orders 
•Preparation and issue of Planned Maintenance Work Orders 
•Closing down of Planned Maintenance Work Orders 
•Assist in the maintenance of Workflow records & filing system
•Assign work, monitor and follow up Subcontractor Works
•To input and retrieve data efficiently and accurately on a daily basis using the computerised systems within Helpdesk, producing information and reports as and when required.
•Purchase Requisition and Ordering processing for materials and Subcontractors
•Control & monitor flow of all job requests
•Provide administrative support in keeping records (sickness/holiday absences, works, inspections, audits, etc.) producing reports and general office administration.
•To act as first point of contact for internal and external parties providing information on departmental procedures where appropriate.
•To provide cover for colleagues during sickness, annual leave etc.
•To attend and participate in Training courses as required and to undertake any training in the future as may be required to ensure the duties of the post are effectively carried out.
•Familiarisation of the Operation and Site
•Chase up all outstanding work orders for the queue and liaise with contractors and managers to get the jobs completed.
•To undertake special project work as and when require.
•To participate in the Engie 1:1 appraisal process.
