Keepmoat Regeneration are recruiting for a Wet Room Plumber X 2 to be based in Leeds, LS11 9SP. This is a permanent full time time role working Monday to Friday 8:00 to 16:30. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Purpose of the Role:

The main purpose of the role is to provide Multi Skilled installation of wet rooms to include plumbing,tiling,basic joinery and plaster patching working on their allocated site.  To understand, implement and adhere to the company SHEQ policy/strategy.

Key Responsibilities:



·  Carry out plumbing / wet plumbing tasks./ Tiling / Small Joinery tasks / Small areas of plastering
·  Assist with the adherence to the Company quality standards including:
·  Compliance with specification to current standards
·  Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules
·  Maintain and care for all company tools
·  To use appropriate safety equipment
·  To wear appropriate clothing / uniform
·  To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day
·  To be responsible for and take due care of the company van in accordance with the company car policy
·  Material co-ordination
·  Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site based documentation
·  Carry out works as directed by the Site Manager to agreed quality standards
·  Assist tradesman as directed in carrying out their day to day duties
·  Advise Site Manager of any Health & Safety infringements they might see
·  Ensuring that the site is kept clean and tidy at all times
·  Undertake all work to a high standard with minimal risk to Health and Safety
·  To work with others and provide a courteous and considerate service to members of the public

What we are looking for:

Skills and abilities:

·  Professional attitude and approach to work
·  Polite and courteous
·  Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving licence Experience:

·  Previous experience installing adaptations for disability wet rooms
·  Previous trades experience including plumbing, tiling, plastering and basic joinery
·  Up to date relevant industry related knowledge
·  Understanding of local government
