We are currently looking for a Wellbeing Officer (M/F/X) to strengthen our Health & Safety team at Laborelec in Linkebeek.

 

Your responsibilities as a Wellbeing Officer include:

 

·  Providing general information about insurance, mutual funds, social funds, and the Employee Assistance Program.
·  Assisting employees in case of accidents, illness, reintegration after illness, work-related and non-work-related difficulties, and at the end of their careers.
·  Mediating between employees facing work-related problems or conflicts.
·  Acting as Person of Trust in the context of preventing psychosocial risks at work.
·  Coordinating the Corporate Social Responsibility program to support the organization in its quest for a positive impact on the broader societal context.
·  Detecting individual and structural points of attention within the organization.

Your profile as a Wellbeing Officer:

 

·  Bachelor's degree in social work or social nursing and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
·  Native speaker of French or Dutch, with a good command of the second national language and English at a professional level.
·  Knowledge of social legislation and welfare programs.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to connect, solve problems, and show empathy.
·  Ability to build trust relationships, manage confidential information, and follow up on files with accuracy and structure.
