Job description

The Opportunity:

 

Excellent new opportunity for a Training & Change Support Officer to join our Business Change team to design, develop, plan and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organisational performance.    

The incumbent will also support the change team with embedding change.

 

This role will report to the Sales Trainer and can be worked flexibly from the office and home – hybrid work model.

 

This is a full-time role but reasonable requests for part time will be considered.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·  Deliver training sessions, engaging and guiding learners, and evaluating the achievement of intended learning outcomes.  This will include Delivering Train the Trainer sessions for onshore and offshore business trainers

 

·  Conduct detailed training needs analysis to identify changes to skills and knowledge across the business due to projects being implemented and identify specific learning interventions required as a result
 
·  Design and develop learning programs and resources using blended methodologies including online learning resources that meet the defined objectives and needs of the end users.

 

·  Consult and collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to plan, provide advice and scope requirements for the design and development of learning programs and resources.

 

·  Maintain and update training procedure manuals, guides or course materials and schedule training; this will include collaborating with team members across the business.
 

 

About You:

 

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working on end-to-end learning projects including analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation and be able to produce relevant reporting.  Ideally, you will have experience with training and uplifting sales and customer experience teams with contract centre environments.  You are able to work independently and collaborate as part of a team with excellent written communication skills with good attention to details.
