ENGIE are recruiting for a Technical Administrator to be based in Stoke on Trent, ST4 4DB. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
Role Overview
You will help to support a senior management team with the day to day operation of the Account and be responsible for an administration team of up to 3 people. Main responsibilities include:

Document control, production of minutes, management reports, production of contract variation notices in relation to the PFI contract, weighting schedules, updates to USR-Unique site reference drawings

Supporting with administration duties including; Holiday/sickness reporting, post, general filing, booking meeting rooms, travel arrangements, O&M updates
Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:
· Previous administration experience
· Experience in weighting schedules, contract variation notices in relation to PFI
· Excellent IT skills with Microsoft applications and other in house IT Management systems (Maximo)
· Experience of working within a high profile, customer focused environment.
· Experience with CAD drawings (amendments, changes to drawings) is desirable
· Experience in document control is desirable
