What You Can Expect
As the Systems Engineer I, Cloud Infrastructure and Operations in Houston, Texas for ENGIE’s North America Global Business Support (GBS) you will provide daily run support for the North America region within the ENGIE global division. The position plays a pivotal role in guiding our organization through the complex landscape of cloud computing. Everyday, you will report to the GBS IT Manager as a subject matter expert providing technical insight and hands-on support related to cloud services.
What You’ll Bring

A minimum of a associates degree in which you have learned or gained an overview of networking, operating systems and applications concepts
· Have an understanding of hybrid cloud environments in a data center or technology support (IT) environment
· Working knowledge of operations, monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows Server environment
· General knowledge of general IT technologies such as (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, OKTA, DevOps, Proofpoint, Zscaler, TCP/IP, SMTP, Authentication concepts, Agile)
Additional Details
· This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy; three days (3) in office
· Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
· Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Compensation
Salary Range: $84,000 – $128,800 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
