Accounting Specialist

ENGIE Services Sp. z o. o. SAR Branch

is looking for a candidate to fill the position of :

Accounting Specialist

place of work: Warsaw

working time: full-time

employment : UoP

Main responsibilities :

· Registration of accounting documents, supervision of the circulation of accounting documentation,
· Issuing sales invoices and registering them,
· Maintaining the VAT Register (Purchase and Sales),
· Cooperation with external institutions (ZUS, Tax Office, Central Statistical Office, bank, etc.),
· Preparing analyzes and statements for the accounting team,
· Ensuring the matching of costs and revenues,
· Cooperation with the controlling department.

Candidate profile:

· Higher education in a field (economics, finance),
· Knowledge of accounting and tax issues,
· Knowledge of the Accounting Act and CIT/VAT/PIT tax laws,
· Knowledge of using accounting and financial software,
· Knowledge of spoken and written English,
· Independence and ability to cooperate.

Optional:

· knowledge of the SAGE SYMFONIA program,
· certificate of the Ministry of Finance for independent bookkeeping.
