ENGIE are recruiting for a Security to be based at the Cleveland and Durham Police, Tactical Training Centre in Stockton on Trees, TS16 0QB. This is a permanent, full time role working 42 hours a week on a three-week rotating shift-pattern. On offer is a salary of £17,930.64 per annum and high-quality benefits package (more information below).
Main Duties/Responsibilities:

To carry out specific duties relating to patrolling, guarding the premises, fire checks/inspections, access control and car park duties.

To monitor and record all activities within the external environment by use of the Facilities CCTV System and to comply with the code of practice in respect of CCTV usage.

To adhere to all procedures and instructions in respect of the general safety, welfare, upkeep of the environment and loss prevention by accident, theft or neglect.

To carry out all duties in a courteous manner and render assistance conducive with good security.
·
To identify and report any hazards or infringements in compliance with the Company's Health & Safety Policy and to take immediate remedial action in the event of public safety hazards.

To assist with the general maintenance and good housekeeping of the facility.
All uniform required for the role will also be provided by ENGIE. There may also be the opportunity at times for overtime work
· Must hold valid and current SIA Security Manned Guarding License as a minimum.
· Ideally qualified to First Aid but not mandatory.
· Previous experience in front line security manned guarding services role is essential
