Based in our Silverwater branch our new Sales Administrator will be welcomed in to our positive and high performing team to support the administration function of our ANZ sales team.

Role Overview

·  Maintain strong business communication with internal and external clients
·  Work with General Manager Business Development and Bid Writer to ensure team’s documentation supports the business development function of the organisation
·  Prepare Weekly and Monthly Sales reports
·  Support strategic sales and account management projects
·  Provide customer service to both external and internal customers
·  Escalate customer concerns or issues to manager and/or supervisors
·  Work with GM BDM and Bid Writer to ensure team’s documentation supports the business development

Requirements to be successful

·  Intermediate to Advanced MS Office including PowerPoint
·  Strong business communication skills
·  Competent in producing reports and using CRMs such as Salesforce
·  Competent and organised administrator with a high attention to detail
·  Be approachable and demonstrate a high level of customer service
