Job description

ENGIE are recruiting for a Receptionist to be based in Coventry, CV1 2WT. This is a permanent full time time role working Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00. On offer is a salary of £17,035 per annum.

As a receptionist you will be required to plan, organise, direct and control the day to day operational requirements of a busy reception desk.
The right individual will have attention to detail, a commitment to driving service improvements and a passion for working as part of a close knit team
Working alongside the site FM you will be responsible for the delivery of routine requests such as room bookings, catering requests, parking requirements whilst ensuring that all in-house processes are followed.

You will be required to raise any reactive works with the dedicated helpdesk and liaising with all parties to ensure a seamless service delivery is achieved and maintained. Working alongside the on-site security team you will ensure that all visitors experience is a positive one and carrying out FM administration tasks as required.

Qualifications or Required Experience:   

·  Excellent communication and customer service skills
·  Ability to work as part of a wider team (ie: engineering, post room, cleaning etc)
·  Excellent time-keeping and reliable
·  Demonstrate good time management skills, working to deadlines and adhering to set processes/procedures.
·  Well organised and practical
·  Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel essential
·  Experience of working within a similar environment
·  Self motivated
·  Knowledge of H&S at work desirable
·  Prepared to undergo training appropriate to post
·  Clear communication skills – good telephone manner – ability to liaise easily with client
Please note: A minimum of 2 years living in UK is required due to the security checks required for the role. You will be required to undertake a DBS Check prior to commencing the role.
