R2R Process Lead – Tax Accounting (F/M)
Location : France, Belgium, Germany (TBC)

Key Responsibilities
· Define global core model process guideline s : Collaborate with the Global Process Owner (GPO) to establish guidelines, ensuring compliance with legal and group requirements, based on the Global Enterprise Transformation design.
· Support the global service delivery strategy : Ensure core model activity split between Local Platform and Global Business Services (GBS), maintaining technology standards and functional process design.
· Initiate and drive changes and projects : Promote innovation through enabling technologies and coordinate end-to-end processes with other GPOs/functions.
· Support the global GPO Expert Network : Provide expertise in the area of responsibility.
· Prepare decision memos : Responsible for preparing decision memos for respective CODIR.
· Coordinate enabling technology : Manage global coordination of technologies like SAP DRC and Indirect tax solutions.
· Build and maintain templates : Oversee the creation and worldwide roll-out of templates.
· Perform KPI reporting : Challenge processes in Legal Entities (LE) / Reporting Units (RU) and assist in process changes.
· Support international SAP projects : Participate in global SAP implementation projects (e.g., GET) and regional roll-out of GBS processes (e.g., SPHERE).

Expected Skills
· Education : University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
· Experience : Several years in a record-to-report department or equivalent experience.
· Project Involvement : Experience in international SAP Implementation projects or similar.
· Special Knowledge : Expertise in global R2R processes.
· Technical Skills : Comprehensive SAP FI/CO/SAC skills.
· Language Skills : Fluency in English is mandatory; French and other European languages are desirable.
· Balancing Character : Ability to understand and simplify business needs into business value.
· Collaboration Skills : Work effectively with peers, stakeholders, and partners across diverse nationalities.
· Transversal Mindset : Ability to work across processes, geographies, languages, cultures, and business maturity levels.
· Digital Native : Comfortable with digital tools and technologies.
Background and Experience
· Global Business Services : Experience in a Global Business Services environment is desirable.
· SAP Projects : Experience in SAP implementation projects.
· Tax Accounting Enablers : Experience with SAP DRC, Indirect tax solutions, and e-reporting.
