Engie are looking for Production Planner to join our team in Rotherham on a part time basis. The role of Planner monitors and administers the scheduling of works process to the ENGIE employees.

What is your day to day?

•Scheduling appointments through our Works Management System – Castleton Maintain

•Processing variations

•Arranging follow on appointments

•Carry out appointment confirmation calls for gas services/electrical tests

•Ensuring all appointments are attended to, and making alternative arrangements as required

•Updating all aspects of our Works Management System

•Liaising throughout the process with our client, residents and your colleagues

Who are you?

•Experience of Partnership arrangements

•Experience of Social Housing Responsive Repairs, or planning and scheduling of works in a similar setting

•Appreciation of undertaking repairs in domestic properties

•Understanding of an appointment process

•Previous Administration experience and customer service

•Ability to competently operate computer systems and have the ability to quickly learn new systems
