Job title: Product Designer

What you will do: 

· 
Take an active role in the product development lifecycle 

· 
Define and Implementimplement design research strategy (identifying the challenges, carrying out interviews, analysis of the data collected, restitution of insights, etc.) 

· 
Define personae (identification of needs, pain points, opportunities) 

· 
Identify and engage business stakeholders: understanding business needs and managing knowledge 

· 
Design user journeys in collaboration with product managers & Design Team (userflow, wireframes, models,…) 

· 
Generate and test Pprototypes & User testing (Guerilla, A/B testing,…) 

· 
Craft UI elements within the Engie Impact’s dDesign sSystem for development teams (functional specifications, description of component behavior) 

· 
UX monitoring (examples: dashboarding topics, report creation, import/export of data, etc. 

 

What you will not do: 

· 
Work in a vacuum and not talk to users 

 

About you: 

What we are looking for: 

· 
2+ years of relevant experience designing a complex B2B SaaS product in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams 

· 
Great command of English 

· 
Good listening skills (to gather user need)  

· 
Good facilitating skills (for internal workshop alignment) 

· 
Technical depth of understanding deep enough to fluently converse with developers 

· 
Expertise in design, implementation, & maintenance of enterprise applications is required 

· 
Solid crafting skills (for prototyping and testing) 

· 
Proactive in problem identification and creative in problem-solving.  

· 
Entrepreneurial and Team spirit 

Nice to have: 

· 
Experience with Outsystems 

· 
Figma & Miro skills 

· 
Passion for UIDemonstrated passion for UX 

· 
Experience with B2tB products 

· 
Experience in finance or energy industry
