What You Can Expect

The Power Marketing Analyst will work as a supporting key member of the Power Marketing team within the Utility-Scale Renewable Development business. This role will support commercial offtake and project marketing efforts to customers for ENGIE’s project portfolio of wind, solar and battery storage projects. This role will support identifying and analyzing business opportunities and RFPs, actively participating in go/no-go decisions, and leading and coordinating ENGIE’s proposal preparation efforts in response to RFPs. In addition to having strong writing skills, you will be extremely organized, results-driven, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

·  Manage RFP proposal process in response to a high-volume of simultaneous RFPs to utility and commercial customers as well as working cross-functionally with teams in support of the bids & strategy
·  Create and maintain ENGIE proposals and external marketing materials provided to customers
·  Manage and continually update ENGIE CRM for opportunities
·  Develop and maintain, with other groups, commercial and competitive intelligence
·  Remain updated of renewable energy opportunities in North America and the national industry trends impacting the future of renewable development opportunities

 

 

What You’ll Bring

·  Bachelor’s degree, economics, finance, mathematics, science, engineering, or related field of study where you have learned contracts/proposals, negotiations, business administration, or similar analytics based coursework
·  Energy industry experience in a related sector, such as Renewables marketing (origination) or proposal development  
·  Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
·  Ability to operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
·  Strong writing capabilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills
·  Consistent and reliable attendance with the ability to manage time efficiently and a self-starter
·  Collaborator with the willingness to help others and collaborate with cross functional departments within the company and external customers

 

 

Additional Details

·  This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
·  Must be available to travel domestically up to 10% of the time with the need for some overnight trips
·  Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

 

 

Compensation

Salary Range: $62,400 – $95,450 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
