PMO Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Business Development team and support our Project Management Office in gathering, verifying, and updating data related to the phases of various renewable energy projects—wind farms, photovoltaic farms, energy storage, and cable pooling.

We are looking for someone who is well-organized, committed, reliable, capable of prioritizing tasks, and skilled at maintaining file order!

 

Responsibilities:

·  Supporting the coordination of a portfolio of PV, onshore wind, and energy storage projects, specifically in the areas of ongoing change monitoring, preparing periodic reports, controlling team workload, and managing available resources.
·  Operating internal and ENGIE Group tools and applications for reporting and planning progress.
·  Participating in the implementation and maintenance of established standards, tools, techniques, and procedures within the department.
·  Ongoing communication with team members and collaboration with other company departments (e.g., legal department) and international teams.
·  Assisting in the preparation/review and circulation of documentation for internal and external purposes.
·  Providing administrative support within the department.

 

Requirements:

·  Higher technical education (preferred fields: energy, environmental engineering, etc.)
·  Minimum of one year of professional experience (experience in PMO/project management will be an advantage)
·  Strong organizational skills
·  Responsibility and punctuality in task execution
·  Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities
·  Ease of establishing contacts and teamwork
·  Valid category B driving license and willingness to travel for work
·  Proficiency in English for daily communication (B2 level)
