Job Title:                       Plumber               Department : Plumbing

Reporting To:          Supervisor in-charge                                       Site: CB — ADP, -83

 

JOB PURPOSE:

Under general supervision, maintain all kinds of plumbing installation works and repairing of pipes, fittings, and all plumbing fixtures. Maintain and provide for the safe condition and operation of all plumbing systems in facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Assemble, install, maintain, and pressure test all pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, drainage, etc;
·  Determine sources of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders.
·  Install and repair pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, and plumbing system equipment, including sinks, commodes, water heaters, water softeners, etc.
·  Repair all plumbing fixtures, pumps, and equipments.
·  Receive and complete work orders within allotted time in line with SLA & KPI, with quality & satisfactory.
·  Maintain inspection and inventory of owned tools, equipment, and materials.

®   Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean.

·  Responds to all CM & PPM within the specified service level agreements and operational policies.
·  Evaluating problematic systems or facilities and reporting to supervisors/ superiors.
·  Cordinates with other team / customer/ reporter and ensures satisfactory completion of work.
·  Promotes a safe work environment and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment all the time.
·  Responds to emergency situations during and after hours for to resolve the emergency requirements
·  Proper explanation, cordination and handing over if any pending issues, to supervisor and the next shift.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

·  Must have good communication skills , Oral & written communcation skills
·  Must have excellent knowledge of all kinds of Plumbing system.
·  Identification of all kinds of pipes and plumbing materials.
·  Must have good practical knowledge & experience in trouble shooting related to plumbing.
·  Thorough knowledge of Tools & equipments, and it's operation system.
·  Thorough knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions associated with the plumbing trade.
·  Ability to work from sketches, drawings, plans or specifications.
·  Ability to learn Technics from daily activities & others. •

QUALIFICATIONS:

·  Graduation from high school .
·  Trade Certification of           1 T I, I T C, or equivalent (Plumbing)
·  Must have at least 3 years experience as a Plumber / Pipe Fitter .
