Mobile Service Engineer - Newcastle-upon-Tyne

ENGIE are recruiting for a Mobile Service Engineer to be based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne NE12 8EX. This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, allowance and benefits package.
 
The normal working hours for this role will be Monday to Friday, 08:00am until 16:30pm.

In the role of the Mobile Service Engineer, you'll carry out the Service, Maintenance, Repair and Installation of Commercial Electrical and Building Services and Associated Equipment, in properties throughout the North.

This is a key role within the Newcastle Operation. It requires a safe, high quality and efficient delivery of service to ensure the continued success of the business in terms of zero harm, sustainability, profitability and continued growth. 

The engineer will need to conform to ENGIE and ENGIE’s Customers Standards, Rules and Procedures,  have - the ability to work under pressure; be able to diagnose faults and recommend appropriate solutions; ability to work on their own, or as part of a team; communicate at all levels.

Qualifications or Required Experience:

·  Time Served fully qualified engineer with a Building Services/Electrical background
·  Able to demonstrate detailed knowledge of and experience of electrical installations within commercial buildings and building services in general
·  Understanding of all relevant legislative and statutory requirements and implementation of Safe Systems of Work
·  Relevant qualification HNC, or equivalent
·  City and Guilds 2330
·  City and Guilds 2382
·  IEE 17th Edition Wiring Regulations and preferably City and Guilds 2391, Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations, or Equivalent
