I2P Solution Expert (M/F) - Permanent Position

Location:  Paris - Courbevoie

Department: GBS Latam
Reporting to: I2P Process Lead

Job Description:

The I2P Solution Expert plays a key role in managing and optimizing Procure-to-Pay (I2P) technologies for ENGIE. This includes overseeing technological tools (IMS, ERP, automation features) while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, as well as harmonizing and improving processes.

This position establishes you as a technological expert and a key point of contact for internal stakeholders (Finance, Procurement, IT) and external partners (suppliers).

As a digital transformation ambassador, you will work on innovative projects to strengthen ENGIE’s competitiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· 
Managing I2P Technologies :

·  Own the I2P technological landscape (IMS, ERP FI & MM, automation tools).
·  Recommend the best technologies to achieve ENGIE’s objectives and ensure regulatory compliance.
· 
Leadership and Facilitation :

·  Organize and lead brainstorming sessions, complex discussions, and digitization initiatives.
·  Act as the central point for harmonizing and optimizing I2P processes.
· 
Transformation and Continuous Improvement :

·  Drive digital projects within the I2P domain, including lifecycle management of technologies.
·  Identify pain points and turn them into opportunities through change initiatives.
· 
Interdisciplinary Collaboration :

·  Work closely with Finance, Procurement, IT teams, and suppliers.
·  Stay updated on technological and regulatory trends.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Qualities:

Technical Skills:

·  Advanced expertise in I2P within a GBS environment.
·  Knowledge of IMS tools and ERP modules (FI & MM).
·  Experience with automation and efficiency initiatives.

Personal Qualities:

·  Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
·  Collaborative mindset and strategic thinking for problem-solving.
·  Natural enthusiasm for I2P technologies and digitization.
·  Strong organizational skills and ability to rigorously track and influence tasks.

Education and Languages:

·  University degree (preferably in technology or a related field).
·  Fluency in Spanish and English (French is a plus).

Key Interconnections:

·  Internal: Collaboration with ENGIE’s GBS Procurement, Finance, and IT teams.
·  External: Partnerships with suppliers and tracking technological innovations.

Ideal Profile:

A professional with around 3 years of experience in a similar role, passionate about digital transformation, and ready to tackle challenges in a complex and international environment.
