As an I2P Expert , you will ensure ENGIE’s Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with digital transformation. Reporting to the P2P GPO , you will lead an international team of I2P experts, solving complex challenges and driving improvements while fostering collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the I2P team, ensuring productivity and collaboration.
·  Process Optimization: Oversee and enhance I2P processes and systems (IMS, ERP, automation).
·  Project Management: Lead complex I2P projects, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and timely delivery.
·  Stakeholder Engagement: Promote I2P harmonization and digitalization, communicating insights to senior management.
·  Compliance & Change Management: Ensure adherence to regulations and drive continuous improvements.
·  Performance Monitoring: Define and track I2P performance metrics for optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

·  Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
·  Technical Expertise: Strong experience with I2P processes , IMS tools, ERP (FI & MM modules), and Microsoft Office.
·  Leadership & Communication: Proven team management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
·  Languages: English required ; French or Spanish is a plus.
·  Experience: 3+ years in I2P/AP within a GBS or SSC environment, and 8+ years of professional experience overall.
