What You Can Expect

As an intern in our Westminster, CO office, you will work as a supporting key member of the Project Management (PM) and Construction Management (CM) team within the Utility-Scale Renewable Development business.

 

Every day you will support the Project and Construction Management staff with project start up activities for ENGIE’s project portfolio of wind, solar and battery storage projects. 

 

In this role you will be responsible for:

·  Reporting and project start up and closeout activities and exhibit reviews
·  Review and update process maps and documents for PM and CM activities and support the activities within the ProCore application system
·  As an intern you will travel to construction project sites as needed to shadow the Construction Manager or Senior site member on the work being done, audits, and safety inspections
·  Documentation of activities, create reports out of Procore, review daily reports for quality and non-conformance
·  Attend weekly Construction Project meetings

 

 

 

What You’ll Bring

·  Must be at least a junior or senior working toward a graduate or undergraduate degree in construction management, engineering, science, or similar technical or analytics-based program
·  Effective communication, presentation, and technical writing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint
·  Extremely organized, results-driven, and reliable, with the ability to manage time efficiently, keen attention to detail and organization, operate with high energy and flexibility, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
·  Collaborator with the ability to aggregate data for reporting, collaborate cross functionally across departments, and work with external customers

 

 

Additional Details

·  The Summer internship work term will be from May 2025 to August 2025. The Intern will have the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week during this period
·  This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
·  Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
·  Ability to travel up to 25% to construction sites

 

 

 

Compensation

Hourly Range:   $22.00 - $28.00 USD hourly

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

 

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
