Workplace Solutions are recruiting for x2 Industrial Opertaives to be based in Sizewell B Power Station, Nr Leiston, Suffolk, IP16 4UR. This is a permanent, full time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:30, Friday 08:00 - 14:00. On offer is a competitive salary of £21,162.48 per annum.

General Overview:

Industrial Operative to work at Sizewell B Power Station to join the Industrial Services site team - providing Industrial Cleaning services and Industrial support functions.

Key Responsbilitites:

·  Be responsible for the cleaning of areas as allocated by Team Leader, to the standard required, working as an individual or as part of a team
·  To carry out industrial cleaning services (cleaning of floors, plant areas, fixtures and fittings)
·  To provide a wide variety of skills on site: foreign material exclusions guardians, confined space guardians,  fire watchers., as well as covering general industrial duties such as industrial cleaning, diesel refuelling and grounds maintenance
·  Enhanced duties may include the provision of pumping services, leak management, crane/hoist operations, forklift/tractor duties, rigging/slinging/banksman duties, road sweeper operation, FME guardian, fire watcher and confined space guardian duties together with any other general duties as identified by the supervisor or team leader There is also an expectation to undertake further training as required in line with the clients and Workplace Solutions operational requirements

·  Previous Industrial Cleaning Experience
·  To be trained to either NVQ level 1 or 2 for cleaning services or B.I.C.S foundation level cleaning
·  Knowledge of COSHH For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK. There is no re-location package with this job role.
