Job description

ENGIE are recruiting for a HR & Payroll Apprentice to be based in Newcastle. This is an 18 month apprentice role working 37.5 hours per week standard office (9am - 5pm). On offer is a salary of £4.40 per hour minimum.

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who would like to join or HR and Payroll Business Admin Apprenticeship scheme, which for the right candidate could lead to a permanent position.

Working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator Qualification, whilst gaining practical work experience over a period of 13 – 15 Months. Experience will be gained within the Employee Services Department in both the HR Admin and Payroll functions.

Online Course work and work-based assessments in conjunction with QA Apprenticeships, and typical duties you will be learning will include:

The role is required to:

Provide administrative support within the Employee Services HR and Payroll Administration Teams for the ENGIE UK Business Unit.

Ideally you will have achieved or expected to achieve 3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A – C in any subject & GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grade D or above.
