Job description
To boost our HR activities, we are looking for an HR Business Partner .
You will be the first point of contact for the management and employees of an operational department with regard to all questions and challenges related to HR issues (social legislation, career, personnel planning, etc.)
This includes:
· Organizing staff planning: You will plan, model, monitor and report on staff planning.
· Maintain contact with the union.
· Improve employee performance, competencies and motivation.
· Coach and develop the HR competencies of the management team by means of:
· Layout evaluations
· Elaboration of personal development plans
As HR BP you are someone who thrives in a dynamic working environment. You will actively support your colleagues in times of change. This means that you dare to be assertive and proactive, without losing sight of people. At the same time, you manage to maintain stress at a healthy level.
Our new HR BP has:
· Good knowledge of social legislation
· The necessary skills to provide constructive feedback
· A desire to become immersed in a technical culture where direct communication is prominent
· A good knowledge of Dutch and French
· Knowledge of English would be quite nice
Your background?
· A master's degree in the humanities: e.g. Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Social Sciences, Economy, or others
· A background in HR Management and a desire for further development with the aid of the various HR processes
