The world around us is changing rapidly, transforming the way people access and consume energy and placing an increasing demand on a growing services sector.  We’re looking for the next generation of leaders who will continue to innovate across the different areas of our business and as an ENGIE graduate you will have the exciting opportunity to experience the diverse and exciting world of the UK’s biggest services and energy company.
Starting in September 2018, all of our graduate schemes begin with a one week Induction before your first placement begins.

Scheme Overview:

As a candidate on the Quantity Surveying Graduate Programme you will undertake a series of modules in various departments of the ENGIE Regeneration business, from Supply Chain to Delivery, Estimating to SHEQ; you will experience it all. The programme will offer you a clear understanding of how we operate as a business, and provide an insight into the different departments which you will be closely working with in the second part of your programme.
At the end of each module you will be assessed to ensure your competency and review your progress. A mentor and technical coach will be assigned to support your development.
Following on from your rotations, you will spend the majority of your time within the Commercial Department.  You will be involved in, and take responsibility for all aspects of Commercial contract delivery including: pre-commencement activities (procurement), construction phase activities (preparing valuations & subcontractor payments) and post contract activities (final accounts).

Professional Development:

All of our graduates will be given the opportunity to work towards the CMI Level 3 Diploma in First Line Management.  The qualification is developed for junior managers, supervisors and first line managers who have, or will have, operational responsibility for a defined area of activity and who wish to build on and develop their existing management skills and knowledge.

We’re looking for the next generation of leaders who will continue to innovate in our chosen markets. As a graduate, you’ll work on the front line, gaining exposure to the people, processes and technology that are transforming our business.

Each placement carries real responsibility, work that is relevant and central to our business, and the opportunity to make a big impact early on in your career.
