Job Description
Impact
As an Energy Team Administrator at ENGIE Impact, you will provide essential support to the Energy Team by streamlining administrative processes and assisting with key operational tasks. Working closely with the team manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing efficiency across various functions, while also gaining exposure to data management and analytics tools. This position offers opportunities for skill development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
· Creating and updating contracts in Salesforce.
· Creation and management of Sales proposals.
· Support in chasing customers for information (mainly supplier admin).
· Opportunity to develop skills in C3NTINEL.
· Data Management.
· Analytics.
· Mobilisations.
· Enhancement of current admin systems.
Experience
Education/Experience:
· Educated to A Level (or equivalent). GCSEs in Maths, English, Science.
· Experience in a relevant/similar role is an asset.
· International business experience is an asset.
Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
· Self-starter, able to work autonomously and without extensive direction and supervision.
· IT literate with demonstrable competence with typical business software (MS Office - strong Excel knowledge).
· Numerate and comfortable around large data sets.
· You are fluent in English. Fluency in any other language is an asset.
· You are concerned about environmental issues and willing to contribute actively to the sustainability transition.
