Job description

ENGIE are recruiting for a Customer Services & Administration Advisor to be based in Kings Yard London E15 2GP. This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week - 8am - 4.30pm and 9.30 - 6pm . 1 in 4 saturdays between 8am - 1pm. On offer is a competitive salary.

This role will require a high standard of Customer Services and Administrative excellence, along with robust working practices needed to meet the challenges of this demanding environment.

Ideally with some technical/financial background would be of benefit, the successful candidates will also have strong MS Office skills and a ‘can-do’ approach to a variety of co-ordination and administrative functions.

This will be a varied role, and will include but not limited to the following administrative tasks:

·  Assisting customers with their Metering and Billing enquiries
·  Processing payments, either in person or over the phone from residents
·  Resolving or escalating issues if required
·  Liaise with engineers and head office
·  Managing schedules and bookings for engineers
·  Providing reporting information to internal/external customers
·  Welcoming clients and customers to the visitors center
·  Supporting Residential Services manager
·  Maintain all documentation and records to the highest standard
·  Project a professional image of ENGIE always to external and internal customers, this is to include clear channels of communication
·  Other tasks as directed by Line Management

·  All activities are expected to improve over time Requirements:

·  A passion for business excellence 
·  Excellent interpersonal skills – both using the telephone, email and face to face
·  Financial background, preferably in a metering and billing environment
·  Strong communication and influencing skills
·  Numerate with strong pc skills – particularly excel and word 
·  Ability to learn IT packages in Metering & Billing
·  Ability to multi task – e.g. inputting finance data while assisting customers
·  Experience in a technical / engineering related industry preferable
·  Flexibility and team work
