ENGIE are recruiting for a 
Contract Administrator  to be based in Surrey, KT13 0XW. This is a permanent full time role working Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.


The role is to ensure all general administration duties have been completed supporting the Contract Manager in ensuring process compliance and technical competence within the FM function, driving through efficiencies within processes and delivering continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

·  Raise Purchase orders on Coupa system for PPM’s, reactive jobs and extra works
·  Log, dispatch and track reactive jobs on Elogbooks
·  Schedule PPM’s
·  Attend and minute monthly meeting
·  Uploading of compliance and other documentation on to Engie Direct.
·  Raising internal order numbers to ensure spent costs are captured and allocated accordingly.
·  Raise and log timesheets, sickness and team holidays
·  Other ad-hoc admin duties

Qualifications or Required Experience: 

·  An understanding of the interfaces of the various functions within and external to the Shop Direct team.
·  Expert knowledge and experience of the end to end process of FM including the billing process.
·  Flexible approach to working arrangements in response to business needs 
·  Business awareness of how service delivery can impact financial performance of contracts.
·  Ability to effectively communicate with, and influence, peers
·  Contribute to developing a ‘one team’ approach
·  Able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with the key stakeholders across sites.
·  PC literate and experienced using MS office applications and Outlook. 
·  Experience of end to end service delivery in the FM Industry
·  Good analytical skills with numerical data.
·  Coupa and SAP use (after initial training) Please note:   A minimum of 2 years living in UK is required due to the security checks required for the role. You will be required to undertake a DBS Check prior to commencing the role.
