ENGIE are recruiting for a 2 x Client Experience Hosts to be based in Grant Thornton Finsbury Square, London EC2A 1AG. These are permanent full-time role, working 40 hours per week Monday – Friday. On offer is a salary of £26,000 per annum with company benefits .

General Overview:

Working under the direction of the Client Experience Team Leader, The Client Experience host will provide an efficient and professional reservation service to all Grant Thornton staff members. Duties will include a comprehensive and varied range of “reservation and lobby host service for the main reception, client meeting rooms and Facilities operation. Flexibility is essential. This role reports into the Team Leader.

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:


Reception – duties to include the following:

· 
Welcome on-site visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Tasks to include:

· 
To provide a high level 'meet and greet' service to both the internal and external client

· 
To maintain a professional image on behalf of the company at all times.

· 
Visitor hosting / escort visitor as per the client’s request

· 
Ensure visitors are logged on the Blue point system

· 
Admin support
Reservation:

· 
Responsible for monitoring and responding promptly and efficiently to both the reservation phone line and the email address. All advance bookings to be reviewed 2 & 4 weeks in advance of the current date.

· 
proficient with the use of the Manhattan room booking system ensuring that all internal and external meeting rooms are utilised to their maximum capacity. They will act as an interface with both the catering team and the facilities team ensuring that a first-class seamless service is provided at all times to the client.
Lobby Host:

· 
Client-facing person who will manage the smooth day-to-day running of all the meeting rooms. The post holder will be expected to deal with and resolve any issues relating to all room booking. The post holder will conduct hourly meeting room checks ensuring that each room is fully stocked with the required stationery and all AV equipment is fully functioning.

· 
Proficient in setting up all AV equipment including Videoconferencing. They will act as an interface with both the catering team and the facilities team to ensure that a first-class seamless service is provided at all times. The post holder will have full ownership of both the 3rd and the 4th Floor ensuring that any fabric or maintenance issues are reported to the Engie Helpdesk promptly.

Conduct a daily check of all working areas to ensure that the clear desk policy is been adhered to. In addition, the Lobby Host will provide support to the Client Support team with mail room and courier duties and where required will provide additional support to the Client Experience Team Leader when required.

Required Experience & Qualifications:
Qualification:

·  Minimum of 5 GSSE’s passes or equivalent Experience:

·  The Manhattan room booking system and a minimum of 2 years within a Corporate and Customer Service environment
·  Strong customer focus
·  Ability to work as part of a team
·  Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask
·  Strong communication skills
·  Enthusiastic and conscientious
·  Maintain an excellent appearance whilst portraying a professional image at all times
·  Must be reliable and flexible to adapt to operational changes
