Job Office: Rental Car Center, Atlanta Airport
Position Status: Permanent, Full Time
Number of positions: 1
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7 h 00 am to 3 h 30 pm
Responsabilities:
· Receives and redirects phone calls and correspondence as required.
· Performs general administrative work to include but not limited to: document redaction, creation and issuance of memorandums and other types of correspondence.
· Analyzes written and verbal communication.
· Compiles statistics and is further responsible for management and filling of all pertinent site documentation.
· Creates purchase requisitions, processes invoices, runs reports and validates data in the company accounting system (SAP).
· Prepares and submits expense reports.
· Plans, organizes and follows up on meetings.
· Documents meetings and distributes meeting minutes.
· Validates staffing service times, runs reports, creates purchase réquisitions.
· Creates various forms to include graphs, charts and tables required to facilitate efficient reporting and management using various types of software.
· Maintains office supply inventory.
· Implements and maintains an efficient filing system.
Requirements:
· High school diploma;
· Minimum one (1) year of experience in similar position;
· Experienced in the use of all tools in the MS Office suite;
· Able to obtain a security clearance at the required level;
· SAP experience is a plus;
· Accounting experience is a plus;
· Knowledge of Maximo is an asset.
